Recycled Polypropylene Bulk Bags (rPP FIBC)

The bulk bag you already rely on, now woven with 20-30% recycled polypropylene and built to perform like a virgin-material bag.

rPP bulk bags are part of the FlexSack-eco line and use 20-30% recycled polypropylene in the body fabric. Polypropylene is the material most FIBCs are already made from, so an rPP bag fits your operation with no learning curve. The recycled content cuts the amount of virgin plastic in every bag, and the performance holds: FlexSack-eco rPP bags meet the same test standards as a bag made with 100% virgin polypropylene, without adding fabric weight, because the recycled resin keeps its original strength.

Same Performance, Recycled Content

There’s no sacrifice in performance when we use recycled materials, and we have the test reports to show it. FlexSack-eco rPP bags are load-tested against virgin-PP equivalents and meet the same standards.

Every FlexSack-eco rPP bag is woven with green threads running through the body, in proportion to its recycled content. The green thread makes the bag instantly recognizable as FlexSack-eco and gives you a visible reminder of the recycled material you’ve kept out of a landfill.

Because the bag is polypropylene, it stays compatible with standard PP recycling streams at end of life, keeping the material in a cleaner loop.
rPP is the right call when you want recycled content in a familiar, proven polypropylene bag, or when rPET’s premium isn’t needed for your application. If you’re after the largest carbon reduction, food-contact potential, or extra performance headroom, look at our rPET bulk bags instead.

Applications & Availability

rPP works across the same range of applications as our standard bulk bags. We’ll spec the bag to your product, equipment, and volume.
